1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Solvane Technologies, concerning your access to and use of our engineering services, digital products, and the website itself. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, WebGL environments, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Solvane Technologies.

• No part of our architecture may be reverse-engineered, copied, or reproduced without express written permission.
• Client-specific deliverables (e.g., custom spatial 3D models or React Native applications) are governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

3. User Representations

By using our Site and services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration and project-inquiry information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means (e.g., scraping our 3D assets or server-rendered pages).

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to bypass our edge caching or DDoS protection mechanisms.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the networks or services connected to the Site.
• Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of the software comprising our digital experiences.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Solvane Technologies and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
